Header links are the hyperlinks on the website header area that allow you to navigate to different pages of your organization’s public website and/or external web pages. It is the area where you can add and manage multiple header links on your organization’s public website, thereby providing easy and quick navigation for the visitors.

The Website header links page is divided into three sections, namely:

Feature header links

  • These are the links to your organization’s internal web pages, which are displayed at the top-right corner of your organization’s public website, right above the menu bar.
  • To add a feature menu link,
    • Feature link name: Enter the name of the link.
    • Linked Page: Select the web page from the dropdown that you want to link.

Note: For an organization, you can add up to 3 feature menu links.

Main header links and menus

  • These are the links to your organization’s internal web pages, which are displayed on the main menu bar of your organization’s public website.
  • To add a main header link or menu,
    • Menu or link name: Enter the name of the menu item or link.
    • Linked page: Select the web page from the dropdown that you want to link to the menu bar.
    • Mouse over menu: Select this option to create the second-level menu items/links, where you can choose multiple web pages that will be presented as a mouse over menu.

Note: For each menu item/link, you can add up to 15 second-level menu items/links.

Main header links to external website pages

  • These are the links to external website pages displayed on the main menu bar of your organization’s public website.
  • You may add up to 3 menu links.
  • To add a main header link or menu,
    • Link name: Enter the name of the external web page.
    • External webpage: Enter the complete URL of the targeted web page.

For example, if you want to display a menu link of your partner website, you enter the name and the URL address of your partner’s website.

Note: Byleaving the name of the feature or main header/menu links, blank will not display the menu link on the organization’s public website.

After making the changes, click on Save. Your settings will be saved and are immediately reflected on the organization’s public website.
