Displays teams and all the members of it. You can view and manage the team staff. Displays the divisions and age groups of that team if it is assigned to any, and it is displayed beside the team portal icon. You can update and delete the staff member’s team role.
Team name: Clicking on the team name navigates to All teams area. Clicking on the team portal icon beside the team name navigates to the Team portal area.
Name: Displays the name of the staff member. Clicking on it navigates to the Member Overview area.
Position: Displays the position of the staff member in the team.
Email address: Displays the email address of that staff member.
Phone number: Displays the phone number of that staff member.
Actions: Can update and delete that team staff member.
Updating a team staff
To update a team staff, hover the cursor on the three vertical dots icon under the Actions column and click on the Update team staff. Update the following details and click on Update.
First name: Enter the first name of the staff member.
Last name: Enter the last name of the staff member.
Member type: You can select the type of a staff member as Athlete, Team staff- or Parent. For Team staff, select the team role from the list. If a member is a team staff, you can assign additional roles to them by selecting athlete and parent. (Apart from the team staff, an additional role can be assigned to the member such as athlete and parent by selecting them.)
Deleting a team staff
To delete a staff member from the team, hover the cursor on the three vertical dots icon under the Actions column and click on the Delete team staff.
Click on the Grid icon on the top right corner to navigate to staff members, teams, divisions, and age groups. You can also view the team staff page and teams page on the website.
You can export the data by clicking on the Export icon beside the grid icon.
The three horizontal lines on the right corner navigate to All teams area.
