“Learn How to Manage the Privacy Settings of your Organization”
The ‘Privacy Settings’ page allows you to view and update privacy settings for all your organization members and teams.

  How ‘Privacy Settings’ Page Looks Like?

  Page Operations

1. The ‘privacy settings’ page allows you to manage the privacy settings of your organization
2. Click on Edit and update the following details.
   1. Is default status of the newly added team is public?
      1. Option that allows you to manage the default visibility for all the newly added teams in your organization.
      2. You can set the status to-
         • Public: Team will be visible to the public. In this case, the team can be accessed on the organization website.
         • Private: Team will be accessible to team members only when they logged into their team. It can’t be accessed on the organization website.
   2.  Is default status of the newly added member is private?
      1. Option that allows you to manage the default visibility for all the newly added members in your organization.
      2. You can set the status to
         • Public: The public athlete profile will be accessible to the public. The profile URL can be shared with anybody.
         • Private: No body can access athlete profile except the athlete. The profile URL can’t be shared.
   3. Allow team staff to add players/parents/staff to the team roster?
      1. Option that allows you to manage the access permissions for your organization team staff members to add players/parents/staff to the team roster.
      2. You can grant the accessibility permissions, as either
         • Allowed: Team staff members may add players/parents/staff to the team roster.
         • Not Allowed: Team staff members are not allowed to add players/parents/staff to the team roster.
3. Click Update to save your settings.

  How to Reach the ‘Privacy Settings’ Page?
Following are the steps to get to the ‘Privacy Settings’ page.

1. After logging in to the SportsPlus application, ensure that you’re in the Organization area.
2. Click on Super Admin from the left navigation menu.
3. Click on Main Settings and then click on Privacy tab.
