“Learn about Thapos Integrations with the External Platforms”
The Integrations area allows you to integrate certain Thapos approved external technology platforms. Currently, allows promoting your organization events and conducting online surveys, but more will be coming in near future.

   How does ‘Integrations’ Page look Like?
Following is the sample screenshot of the ‘Integrations’ page.

  List of Integration Services
As of now, Thapos is offering the following two external integrations.

1. Eventbrite: It is the world’s largest event technology platform, that allows to create events and sell tickets online. For more information, visit www.eventbrite.com
2. SurveyMonkey: It is a cloud-based online survey application that allows to create & run online surveys. For more information, visit www.surveymonkey.com

Initially, the above services will be in the disconnected state. In order to connect to any of the services, you are required to create a new account or sign in to the existing account of the external platform.

Eventbrite:

To connect with your Eventbrite account,

• On the Thapos External Integrations page, click on the Connect link located under the Actions column.
• If you haven’t logged in to the Eventbrite account, then clicking on Connect will redirect to Eventbrite Login page.
• Upon successful login, your Thapos account will be connected to the Eventbrite account.
• To disconnect from the service, click on the Disconnect link located under the actions column.

  How to Push Your Organization Events to Eventbrite?
Once connected to the Eventbrite account, you can push any organization event to your Eventbrite account by following these steps.

1. Navigate to the organization Schedule area.
2. Click on List View.
3. The list of organization schedules for the next 6 months is displayed.
4. Search the list for the event (or) click on  to apply event type filter (or) create a new event.
5. Click on the ‘push event’  icon displayed under the actions column.
6. Confirm the action of pushing the event on Eventbrite platform.

SurveyMonkey:

To connect with your SurveyMonkey account,

• On the Thapos External Integrations page, click on the Connect link located under the Actions column.
• If you haven’t logged in to the SurveyMonkey account, then clicking on Connect will redirect to SurveyMonkey Login page.
• Upon successful login, your Thapos account will be connected to the SurveyMonkey account.
• To disconnect from the service, click on the Disconnect link located under the actions column.

Now Thapos allow to send surveys that were created in SurveyMonkey from the organization message center.

  How to Reach the ‘Integrations’ Page?
Following are the steps to get to the ‘Integrations’ page.

1. After logging in to the SportsPlus application, ensure that you’re in the Organization area.
2. Click on Super Admin from the left navigation menu.
3. Click on Integrations.
