- Issue partial or total refunds for the member placed orders (applicable only for the WePay payment gateway organizations).
- Choose to delete either the member roles or the member entirely from the Manage > Athletes & Parents and Staff Members List/Member Activity pages (only when the member is having more than one role).
- The organization staff with the role ‘Junior Clerk & above’ can
- Add family members by defining the member type and relationship with the existing members from the Manage > Athletes & Parents and Staff Members List/Member Activity pages.
- View/access the member activity page of the parents from the Manage > Athletes & Parents area.
- Add/create schedules on the open fields/locations only. All the closed fields/locations are not displayed while adding/creating the schedules.
- Choose to collect the monthly payments for a program on a prorated basis or not from the Registration > Programs > Add/Update Program pages.
- Insert/Upload images from the local computer in the text editor available on the following pages.
- Publish > Add/Update Content
- Message > Compose Message
- The organization staff can add/update URL links for the pictures from the Publish > Gallery area.
- When the players register for a team during the program registration, a team welcome email will be sent automatically to the registrants (only when paid online).
