WHAT’S NEW?

• Provided a new payment gateway ProPay, which is available for US customers. The organization admin can configure the ProPay gateway and collect online payments for the registrations, shop orders, and field reservations. 
• The tournament operators can post messages for the tournament pools and brackets from the Tournament Show page > Teams and Brackets tabs.
• The organization staff can 
  • Add fields with the time slots for reservations from the Manage > Fields > Field Show Page > Reservation Controls page (Edit mode). For each time slot, a separate price and availability status can be specified from the Manage > Fields > Field Show Page > Reservation Controls page (View mode).
  • View and print the member cards of all the athletes, parents, and staff members by clicking on the View All Member Cards link under the Export icon available on the Manage > Athletes, Parents, and Staff Members list pages.  
  • View the details of the officials and volunteers associated with the primary and opponent teams on the game lineup from the Schedule > Schedule List & Show pages.
  • Select up to 3 fulfillment statuses for the program registrations and placed orders from the Registration > All Registrations List page and Payments > Placed Orders List page.
• The organization athletes can send requests to join teams from the My > Teams > All Teams and Team Requests pages. The team staff can accept/deny those requests from the My > Teams > Team Requests page.
• The team staff can view the details of the officials and volunteers associated with the upcoming games on the game lineup from the Team Portal > Schedule page.
• The organization members can
  • View their member cards from the My > Dashboard area.
  • Share the donations items with their friends and family members to place orders as guest users from the My > Shop > All Available Items page.
  • Delete all the sent messages from the Message > Sent Messages page.
• During the field reservation process, the users can view all the available time slots in a day and can reserve a single slot at a time.

UPDATES

• The organization staff can update the free program fee & payment details when there are no registrations associated with the program.
• The role and jersey number of the team players are displayed under the Teams table on the Manage > Athletes > Member Overview page.
• Moved the website schedule-related settings from the Super Admin > Org Settings > Schedule tab to the Website Admin > Website Settings > Schedule Settings.
• Various bug fixes and enhancements.
