The association staff can unpublish the programs published to the clubs from the Registration > Programs > Program show Page > Manage publishing to clubs page.
The organization admin can
Set default player availability settings for all the newly created teams from the Org settings > Team Settings page.

The organization staff can
Create a copy of the canceled schedules from the Schedule > Schedule List page.

Restricting the organization staff from updating custom fields that are associated with the program registrations and facility reservations. However, they can update a copy of the same field, which will be used for all the new registrations and reservations.
The team staff can manage team member roles from the Team Portal > Roster page.
