How to activate a website with a custom domain?
All SportsPlus organization accounts come with a website for the organization, including a custom domain. The organization can own their own domain, which can be connected with the SportsPlus website, or the organization can request SportsPlus to purchase a new domain for them and then connect it with the website.
How to configure a domain with the SportsPlus website?
To configure a domain, follow the below steps.
- After logging into the SportsPlus application, ensure that you’re in the organization area and the public website is activated.
- Click on Website Admin from the left navigation menu and click on Website Settings.
- The following screen will be displayed.

- You can see the website domain’s status at the top left corner of the website settings page.

- Click on Not Configured, and it will redirect you to the following Website Domain page.

Click on I own my domain. Help map it., if you already own your domain.

- The following page will be displayed.

- Enter the domain that you own: Enter the name of your domain.
- You then need to update the domain’s A record in the domain provider (Example: GoDaddy) account. Click on Help to learn about how to perform these steps.
- I have updated my domain A record: Select this checkbox if you have updated the domain A record.
Click on Buy a domain for me. Then map it., if you want to buy a domain.

- The following page will be displayed.

- Enter the domain name that you would like to have: Enter the domain name of the domain you want to have for your organization’s website.
Note: Make sure the domain is available, which you can check on websites like https://www.godaddy.com
- Click on Submit Request, and our support team will look into your request.
- Once the request is submitted, the status will change from Not Configured to Processing.
Note: It will take 1 to 2 business days for your request to be fulfilled.
- Once your request is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email.
