WHAT’S NEW:

  • Implemented a new feature that allows to register one or more teams (both existing & new) to one or more organization tournaments.
  • Implemented organization-level & player-level stats for the organizations having the primary sport like basketball. The organization staff member can access the player stats from the schedule static page.
  • Allowing the organization staff members to export the team player stats.
  • Allowing the organization super admin to control the display of team roster contact info & last name on the team roster, both inside the application and in the mobile app.
  • Implemented a new feature to generate the single elimination tournament brackets.
  • Allowing the organization staff members to assign the team registration program to the tournaments.
  • Allowing the organization staff members to delete the teams.
  • Conflicts are now displayed for all the games that are generated through the auto scheduler.
  • Implemented a new feature that allows to bulk upload the teams.
  • Allowing the organization staff members to generate payment reports for the placed orders.
  • Provided multiple navigation & parameterization links for the team player stats.
  • Allowing the athletes to pay the item order dues from the organization dashboard.
  • Allowing the organization members to contact the organization staff from the team & my areas.
  • Allowing the org staff to publish message to the teams based on the sport, age group or division.
  • Added a show page for discounts, and displaying a detailed usage report for each discount.
  • During the program registration, an alert message will be displayed on the athlete info page when any existing registration is found with the same name & date of birth that has entered by the registrant.
  • Provided an option to view all the family member’s schedules of the default organization in the my schedules area.

UPDATES:

  • Enhanced presentation of the member account settings page, and also provided the option to upload/update/remove the account profile picture.
  • Enhanced the presentation of the website team list page with respect to the age group & division.
  • Enhanced dashboard of the organization staff members & athletes with respect to the data.
  • Enhanced presentation of the organization member activity page for both the athletes & staff.
  • While adding/updating a tournament, the organization staff members are now allowed to choose the sport.
  • The list of teams of the organization staff members which they are part is now displayed in the exported data.
  • Enhanced the presentation of the discount list page, and listing the active discounts & inactive discounts separately.
  • Provided an option in the team area to update the existing team announcements.
  • Increase the export athletes limit from 1000 to 5000.
  • Provided an option on the organization member activity page that allows the org staff to either upload or update the member profile picture, and also to print the entire member activity page.
  • On the placed orders page, provided a second-level filtering option in the order item list filter, which allows the org staff to filter either by the item list name or the item name and also provided a search box.
  • Enhanced UI & provided basic validations in the following team related areas.

  • Fixed multiple data display issues for non-organization members.
  • Fixed multiple issues in the bulk upload and team areas.
  • Multiple bug fixes & enhancements.
