Release Notes – Oct 18, 2019


  • The organization admin from the Org Settings > Payments tab can set the registration status filter defaults, which will be loaded as default on the All Registrations page.
  • More controls have been provided in the Website Settings > Visual Settings to customize the header, body, and footer areas of the website.
  • The organization admin from the Org Settings > Team tab can allow/restrict the team staff from accessing the teams that are in the closing stage.
  • The teams that are in the closing stage can not be accessed to the team players and parents.
  • The League/Tournament/Season filter is provided in the following list of pages
    • Athletes
    • Teams
    •  Divisions
    • Age Groups
    • Fields 
  • The New fonts are provided in all TinyMCE editors of the organization area.


  • The organization/public users can place orders even when the payment gateway is not configured.
  • Provided an alert message when the organization staff (Junior Clerk & above) attempts to reuse any old season program for a new season registration.
  • Enhanced add and update staff role security with respect to executive roles.
  • The count of past schedules associated with a league/tournament/season is displayed in the League/Tournament/Season show pages.
  • The count of the various references associated with a retired league/tournament/season is displayed in the Retired League/Tournament/Season show pages.
  • Enhanced the presentation of My > Teams page and displaying the list of all teams of the family members.
  • Enhanced the presentation of the
    • Organization Summary Diagram on the Staff (Junior Clerk & above) Dashboard
    • Org Invoice Generated Email Message
    • Org Invoice Payment Successful Email Message
    • Forgot Password Email Message
    • Reset Password & Change Password pages
  • Addressed multiple issues in auto-scheduler.
  • Various bug fixes and enhancements.
