WHAT’S NEW:

  • The organization admin can
    • Upload custom default member avatar from the Org Settings > Visual Settings tab.
    • Upload custom background image for the organization login page from the Org Settings > Visual Settings tab.
    • Choose the schedule filter defaults (such as event type, league/season/tournament, division/age group) from the Org Settings > Defaults tab. Based on the selected values, those schedules will be loaded as default on the website schedule list page.
  • Enhanced the organization athlete dashboard & left navigation menu by merging the Organization & My areas.
  • The organization members can apply discount code to their family member registrations from the My > Registrations page.
  • The organization staff with the role ‘Junior Clerk’ & above can
    • Customize the program registrant label text (participant name) from the Add & Update Program pages.
    • Publish content (such as announcements, news…) that can be view/accessible to the organization staff only.
    • Place orders in bulk for all the players in a team(s) from the Teams List & Show pages.
    • Communicate the members of the retired teams and all the incomplete & unpaid program registrants from the Compose Message page.

UPDATES:

  • Automated reminders (like program ending, registration closing, payment due) won’t be sent out for the retired programs.
  • The list of programs associated with the custom field(s) is displayed in the Custom Fields Show page.
  • The count of the programs associated with the document(s) is displayed in the Documents List page.
  • The organization staff with the role ‘Junior Clerk’ & above can apply filters on the dashboard to view customized organization reports.
  • Enhanced the design of the Organization Account Creation Success page.
  • Enhanced the design of the SportsPlus login page.
  • Enhanced the organization welcome message when a member is added from the Athlete List, Staff Member List & Team Roster pages.
  • The organization staff can access
    • Retired custom fields from the Custom Fields List page.
    • Retired documents from the Documents List page.
    • Retired teams from the Teams List page.
    • Retired Items from the Items List page.
    • Retired Item Lists from the Item Lists List page.
    • Fixed multiple issues in the Auto Scheduler.
    • Multiple enhancements in the Compose Message and Templates areas.
    • Fixed duplicate incomplete registration issues.
    • Fixed minor issues in multiple pages with respect to UI/UX.
