The organization staff with the role ‘Junior Clerk & above’ can set
The field operational hours and field reservation details from the Manage > Add/Update Field pages.
The due date for future orders from the Manage > Items/Orders > Add/Update Item List pages. Based on the due date, payment-due reminders will be sent automatically.
The users can make field reservations from the organization’s website.
The organization staff can
Create albums and upload pictures & videos from the Publish > Gallery page.
Update the player’s blood group and position details from the Manage > Athletes > Athlete’s Member Activity Page.
Add/update the player’s position or role from the Athletes Member Activity page.
Search the players by position or role in the “Athletes List”, “Team Roster”, and “Assign Players & Staff to Teams” pages.
When the communication is blocked by the organization admin, the staff is restricted to send messages throughout the application.
UPDATES:
The upcoming schedules are displayed with respect to time in the Organization, Team, and My areas.
In the Schedule Calendar & List pages,
Retired leagues, tournaments, and seasons are displayed in the “League/Tournament/Season” filter.
Disabled fields/locations are displayed in the “Field” filter.
