Registrations

After the program is created it is time to publish and get registrations. Registration option is available for organization members as well as for non-members.
Member View

Once you click on Register as a member your details will be pre-filled in the appropriate fields. You can verify your details in all tabs and complete the rest of the mandatory fields. On Review and Confirm tab a parent or a guardian will be requested for e-signature confirming the provided information. You can use the back button anytime to navigate back to the previous pages.

You can see a list of the programs you have registered with the information listed in the column with information of program name, start date, end date, total fee and actions that can be done.

Non-member View

After you click on Register button as a Non-member, you will be navigated to Thapos sign up page. If you have an account you can sign in and continue registration or you will be required to sign up into Thapos then you will navigate to Parents Info tab. All fields in the registration form are mandatory, only after completing all the fields accurately, you will be able to move to the next tab. On Review and Confirm tab a parent or a guardian will be requested for e-signature confirming the provided information. On receipt tab, you can click on ‘Done’ button and complete the registration.
After a successful registration, the information is listed in the registrations column with information of program name, start date, end date, total fee and actions that can be done.
