To add a staff member, navigate to Manage > Staff Members. At the top right of this page, click on the plus icon and follow the steps.

Yes. If you wish to cancel the auto-renewal, please contact support.

You can assign the right role for a staff member. Based on the role they will get options. You can also use an access profile to grant access to the selected parts of the application.

Navigate to SportsPlus -> Billing, where you will see options to update your billing details.

Access profiles allow you to grant access for a staff member to the selected areas of the application. For example, you can grant access to the scheduling area, or not.

To change the organization logo please navigate to Super Admin > Org Settings > Visual Settings. On this page, you will have an option to update your logo.

Yes. To disable all communication please navigate to Super Admin > Org Settings > Communication. On this page, you will have an option to block all outgoing messages.

You just need basic computer knowledge to use SportsPlus. That’s it.

Yes. You can export and download most of your data (registrations, payments, schedules, teams, fields, staff members…).

Your subscription includes email hosting for silver and gold plans. There is no additional fee. We will provide access to the email hosting service where you can manage your email accounts and email lists.

Typically players signup for your organization through your website when they register for a program, as part of the registration process. Additionally, organization admins can add players.

SportsPlus is a sports management platform that helps sports organizations (clubs, leagues…) to execute all operations including registrations, collect payments, make teams and schedules, run leagues and tournaments, manage fields, staff, shop items… SportsPlus helps coaches to coach their players and manage their teams, athletes to excel at sports, and everybody else to get connected with their club or team.

To create a league, navigate to Schedule > League/Tournament/Season. Click on the plus icon at the top right of the page and select Add League. Enter all the details of the league and click on Save & Return. Now the league is created, as a next step, you can continue to generate the league schedules with our auto-scheduler.

To create a tournament, navigate to Schedule > League/Tournament/Season. Click on the + icon at the top right of the page and select Add Tournament. Enter all the details of the tournament and click on Save & Return. Now the tournament is created, as a next step, you can continue to generate the tournament brackets with our tournament auto-scheduler.

To generate league schedules, navigate to Schedule > League/Tournament/Season. Click and open one of the available leagues. Click on Generate  League Schedules and follow the steps.

Navigate to Schedule > UpdateScores. At the right end of the page, under Actions click on Update Scores icon. You can also update scores in the tournament brackets page and also in the team area under each team.

Standings are calculated and updated automatically when the game scores are updated.

To generate tournament schedules, navigate to Schedule > League/Tournament/Season. Click and open one of the available tournaments. At the top right of the page, click on Generate Tournament/Playoffs Bracket icon and follow the steps.

Yes, You can download SportsPlus mobile app for free, for both iOS and Android phones.

To update the player availability, please login to the app and navigate to Teams >  Tap on team name > Player Availbility.

Yes. Players can view the upcoming schedules by navigating to Teams >  Tap on team name > Schedule

Yes, but only if the organization admin allows it.

To collect payments online, first, you need to set up a payment gateway. To configure a payment gateway, navigate to Super Admin > Payment Processing and then follow the instructions by selecting WePay as your payment gateway.

The standard payment processing charges are 2.9% of the amount + 30 cents per transaction. However, we can offer discounts for high volume customers.

We support Wepay and Authorize.net. Outside North America, we support country-specific payment gateways for some countries. We highly recommend using Wepay as it offers additional features like refunds.

All the payments are billed and processed immediately. The money will be transferred to your bank account within 3 business days.

To generate payment reports, please navigate to Payments > Payment Reports.

You can use your existing Authorize.net account. But with Wepay you can use the same email id but a new account will be created for the SportsPlus platform.

Yes. We take security very seriously and we take many precautions to keep your data secure. We don’t see and store any sensitive data like credit card numbers which will be handled by the payment gateway.

Yes, While creating a program you can set up such that the program registrants are forced to upload documents.

To add a discount code please navigate to Registration > Discounts. At the top right corner of the page click on + icon to add a new discount code. After creating the discount code you can assign it to all relevant programs.

Add items and then create item lists. After that assign item lists to the programs so that the registrants will see options to purchase items during the registration process.

While creating a program, you can attach custom fields to the program to collect more information from your customers during the registration process. You can add custom fields separately which can be attached to any number of programs.

Yes. While creating a program set the registration status as On Invitation Only. After that send that program link to the targeted registrants.

To update a registrant payment status, please navigate to Payments > Update Payments. Find the registrant. At the right end of the page, under Actions, click on Update Payment.

While creating a program, you have options to create installments in the Fee & Payment Options section.

Yes. You can do it by selecting the right options while setting up the programs.

The organization staff needs to add and publish the programs and then provide the website address to the parents. Then parents can check out all the available programs and then can register for the right programs.

There are many options here. After logging in to your account, from the left menu navigate to Schedule > Add Game. You can also generate schedules for the leagues and tournament brackets using the auto-scheduler. You can also add schedules in your team area for one team at a time.

Yes, to cancel a schedule please navigate to Schedule > Schedule List. For the selected a schedule under Actions click on Cancel.

While canceling the schedule you can you will have an option to notify the members.

Yes. You can export schedules and also sync with many calendar tools.

When you schedule a Game/Practice/Event, select the option to notify all team members. Then the application will automatically send the message to all team members.

Click on the Subscribe button and follow the instructions to sync the schedules with the external calendars. The Subscribe option is available from all areas where the schedules are displayed.

Navigate to Schedule > UpdateScores. At the right end of the page, under Actions click on Update Scores icon. You can also update scores in the tournament brackets page and also in the team area under each team.

Yes, to reschedule a match, please navigate to Schedule > Schedule List. Select a schedule and under Actions click on Update.

Your default website address is https://sportsplus.app/public/<organization-id>. However, we can map it to your domain, at your convenience.

Yes. If you already have a domain, you can use it. Otherwise, we will provide one for you based on your requirements.

Yes. You can request for an SSL for your website. We will complete your request within 3 business days.

The website builder is included in the subscription. There is no additional fee for the website builder.

No. SportsPlus powered website can’t be moved. However, you can have a separate website and link it to various SportsPlus pages.
