To change your SportsPlus subscription plan, follow the steps below.
- After logging into the SportsPlus application as an organization staff member, ensure that you’re in the organization area.
Note: Staff members with super admin access can only change the subscription plan.
- Click on Billing, Support from the left navigation menu, and click on Billing.
- The following screen will be displayed.
- Click on Change Plan and you will be redirected to the following page.
- Select Contact SportsPlus, as shown in the screenshot below.
- Click on the drop-down list to select the Contact Type and the following list will be displayed.
- Select Billing as the Contact Type.
- Fill in all the details shown in the screenshot below.
- Subject: Enter the subject based on your message.
- Message: Enter a message stating that you want to change your SportsPlus subscription plan.
- Your Info: Enter your details like your phone number, email address, etc.
- Once you provide all the required information click on Contact as shown below and our support team will get back to you.
