How to delete a member from my organization?

To delete an athlete or a parent from your organization, follow the steps below.

  • After logging into the SportsPlus application as an organization staff member, ensure that you’re in the organization area.
  • Click on Manage from the left navigation menu and click on Athletes & Parents.
  • The following screen will be displayed.
  • Hover the mouse over the three dots icon present under the Actions column, and the following list will be displayed.
  • Click on Delete Member and a dialogue box will be displayed, as shown below, asking you to confirm the deletion.
  • Click on Yes and the member will be deleted from your organization.

To delete a staff member from your organization, follow the steps below.

  • Click on Manage from the left navigation menu and click on Staff Members.
  • The following screen will be displayed.
  • Hover the mouse over the three dots icon present under the Actions column, and the following list will be displayed.
  • Click on Delete Member and a dialogue box will be displayed, as shown below, asking you to confirm the deletion.
  • Click on Yes and the member will be deleted from your organization.
  • If the staff member is assigned more than one role, the following dialogue box will be displayed.
  • If you want to delete only a particular role of the staff member, click on Delete Role(s) but Not the Member option and the list of roles assigned to the staff member will be displayed as shown below.
  • Select the role(s) you want to delete and click on Yes to confirm the deletion, and the staff member will no more have access to the deleted roles.
