WHAT’S NEW?

  • The association staff can update the programs published to its clubs from the Registration > Programs area. All the changes will be automatically reflected in the clubs.
  • The organization admin can 
    • Delete documents uploaded by the program registrants from the Registration > All Registrations > Registration Info page.
    • Delete documents from the Manage > Athletes/Parents/Staff members > Member Overview page uploaded by the organization members.
  • The organization staff can 
    • Add conditional custom fields from the Registration > Custom Fields page, which can be later attached to the player and team registration programs from the Registration > Programs > Program Show page > Form Fields > Custom Fields page.
    • Add external webpage address to the post-registration action buttons from the Registration > Programs > Program Show page > More Options page. 
    • Specify the team staff role that should be assigned to the registrants who register for the team registration programs from the Registration > Programs > Team Program Show page > Registration Controls page.
    • Filter the program registrations based on the attached custom fields from the Program > All Registrations page.
    • Show/hide the team roster details on the public website > Teams > Roster page from the Website Admin > Website Settings > Security Settings page.
  • The team staff can
    • Send messages with attachments from the Team Portal > Messaging page.
    • Send messages to the team players and team staff available on the schedule game lineup from the Team Portal > Schedules > View Game Lineup page.
  • Enhanced UI/UX in the following areas. 
    • Website Admin > Website Settings > Visual Settings page.
    • Adding/managing the teams and fields on the Schedule > League/Season/Tournament Pool play > Scheduling Grid area.

Mobile App Release Notes

We are pleased to announce the release of the SportsPlus mobile app version 6.1.0 with the following enhancements. The new mobile app is available on the App Store (iOS) and Play Store (Android).

  • The team staff can 
    • Assign volunteers and volunteer hours.
    • Send a notification message while assigning the volunteer tasks to the team members.
    • Manage the team default game lineup and schedule game lineup for the upcoming games.
    • View the details of the officials and volunteers associated with the upcoming games.
    • Track availability of the team staff for the upcoming schedules.
  • The organization athletes can 
    • Send requests to join teams.
    • Update grades from the member info page. 
  • The team members can compose and send text messages.
  • The organization members can view and delete the sent messages.
  • Enhanced field reservation options for organization members, including payments.
  • Enhanced navigation for the team push notifications. 
  • Fixed multiple bugs and performance issues.
