How to shut down the outbound communications?

SportsPlus allows you to disable all outgoing communication for both staff and non – staff members. You can shut down the complete outbound communication when you do not want your members to receive any emails or text messages from your organization on SportsPlus.

Note: Only the Admin of the organization will have access to disable communication.

How to block outgoing messages?

To block outgoing messages, follow the steps below,

  • After logging into the SportsPlus application as an admin, ensure that you’re in the organization area.
  • Click on Super Admin from the left navigation menu and click on Org Settings.
  • The following screen will be displayed.
  • Click on Communication, and the following screen will be displayed.
  • To disable communication for your organization, click on Block, as shown in the screenshot below.
  • After you click on Block, a text message will be displayed asking you for confirmation, as shown in the screenshot below, click on Yes to confirm blocking all outgoing messages.
  • Once you click on Yes, all the outgoing messages will be blocked, and the following screen will be displayed.
  • After disabling communication, all members of the organization will not receive any messages.
  • For example, when you add a new game, the option to Notify team members will be disabled, and the following text will be displayed to you on the screen.
